Ingredients

1 tsp. Cumin seeds

A handful of chopped coriander leaves

Oil for deep frying

Salt according to taste

Method

1.Take a cup of urad dal and put it in the

grinder.

2.Switch on the button.

3.Add asafetida powder to it.

4.Add a spoon of cumin seeds.

5.Add salt.

6.Add a spoon of crushed black pepper corn.

7.Add chopped corriander leaves.

8.Light the stove.

9.Add oil in the pan.

10.Place the dough on the stone slab.

11.Click on it to make a hole in the centre.
